Are there any freebies?

  • Registration health checks for all newly registered, symptom free pets.
  • Puppies and Kittens at their first vaccinations get a free broad spectrum wormer, flea treatment (when available), 4 weeks free pet insurance, starter kitten/puppy food.  Free advise on how to look after your pet, including tooth brushing demonstration.
  • Dental checks.
  • Weight management checks.
  • Elective surgery (e.g. spays/castrates) checkups and suture removal.
  • Client information handouts.

How do you perform a routine surgery?

  • A dedicated theatre (only aseptic procedures) reduces the chance of infection (there is less chance of having nasty bacteria causing infection).
  • We use a newly sterilized gown, gloves and instruments for each surgical case.
  • Surgical hats and masks are worn in the theatre at all times.
  • As we have faith in our technique, antibiotics are not (and have never been) used  for routine surgery.
  • Pain relief is paramount, and all surgical cases have appropriate multimodal pain relief (a sensible cocktail of pain relieving medication).
  • We use the best combination of premedication's, anaesthesia, surgical techniques, surgical materials.
